Claim your iRacing customer ID
Your profile is keyed on it, so broadcasts can match you on track. Find it in iRacing under Account > My Account. Claims are first come, first served - if someone already has yours, email us and we will sort it out.

How broadcasts name you. The short name replaces the automatic abbreviation wherever an overlay uses short names.

For commentators. Your team never overrides an official timing name.

Headshot
Framed and re-encoded in your browser before it is sent, which strips camera data such as location.
- Head and shoulders, facing the camera.
- Plain or blurred background, good light.
- At least 512 x 512 pixels - a phone photo is fine.
Drag the photo so your face sits inside the dashed band. The whole square shows in most slots; the narrowest shows only the middle.
Socials and streaming
Handles only, no links - EDR builds the address itself, which is what stops a profile ever carrying an arbitrary link on air.

An email when a league approves or declines your sign-up request. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Conduct summary for leagues
When you ask to join an EDR league, the staff reviewing your request can see a summary of your record in the other EDR leagues you signed up to, over the last 12 months: penalties, penalty points and protests upheld against you, rounded (0, 1-2, then the exact number). Only for a verified iRacing ID, and never the other leagues' names, notes or details.

These always work. Releasing your claim unpublishes and hides your profile but keeps it; deleting removes the profile and headshot outright.
